Organizing for schools is truly a stimulating and passionate job that puts students in close contact with us, who have to lead them, together with their teachers.

For everything to be successful, the first thing to do is create empathy and enjoyment between the students and us professionals, and then continue the educational work we want to develop through experience.

The environment where I live lends itself perfectly to a variety of experiences developed and conducted outdoors in a natural setting that also encourages human presence and intervention. Many of the proposed learning topics are useful games/work activities aimed at learning in any environment; others, however, need to be specific to the location of the event.

I present some of the work done for the Sergnano “Primo Levi” State School-Comprehensive Institute for 8th graders, consisting of 69 students and 5 teachers, based at the Grand Hotel La Presolana in Castione della Presolana. The topics covered were varied and organized so that they could also be held inside the hotel in case of inclement weather.

TEAM BUILDING

Activities aimed at people who work for the same company, where the companies they work for invest in shared days outside of work. All of this is aimed at spending time together, fostering bonding and mutual understanding.
