If you don’t like walking
For anyone who doesn’t like walking but wants to get to know the area they’re in. You’ll be transported in a comfortable, licensed minibus, and you’ll have an environmental guide with you who can tell you everything you need to know about the tours offered.
Here are some ideas here on Lake Iseo and the surrounding valleys
- You will be in an environment surrounded by mountains where you can reach some refuges for lunch and spend a day immersed in nature. Scalve Valley, featuring “iron” and the lives of its inhabitants in the past, including the purchase of typical local cheese, the mine, and much more.
- Spend a day touring Lake Iseo with scheduled stops in some of the most characteristic surrounding villages (among the most beautiful villages in Italy) and with a detour to reach and admire the Pyramids of Zone.
- Spend a day exploring the many wineries of Franciacorta, savoring their famous sparkling wines and purchasing locally sourced produce, before heading to Monte Isola, Europe’s largest inhabited lake island, where the famous artist Christo created his work in 2016.
- Visit the beautiful Valle Camonica, which I adore and is a treasure trove of art of all kinds waiting to be discovered. First UNESCO site in Italy for the prehistoric Camuni. Artisans of ancient crafts, products from mountain dairies.Artigiani di antichi mestieri, prodotti di caseifici montani. An interesting and intense day tour.
- Spend a day immersed in nature, taking a minibus ride to the green meadows of the beautiful Seriana Valley. From here, a short walk of no more than 20 minutes will take you to the Magnolini refuge. A lunch or an aperitif will let you savor the beauty of spending time outdoors and in the high mountains. The refuge is located at an altitude of 1610 m.
