April 26th on foot: Customers will be picked up at Orio al Serio Airport in Bergamo. Transfer to Bergamo’s Città Alta for a walk through the hills and a visit to the magnificent Città Alta, accompanied by an environmental hiking guide who will tell you about the ancient communication routes and the surrounding area. Overnight stay in Bergamo.

April 28th by bike: In the morning, a short ride to the mountains in a comfortable van, where we’ll cycle through areas that still commemorate the great Bergamo mountaineer, nicknamed “the King of the Alps,” Walter Bonatti. We’ll have a packed lunch or lunch at a mountain hut. After loading our bikes, we’ll arrive in Stresa on Lake Maggiore. Overnight stay in Stresa.

April 29 by bike: In the morning, a short transfer by minibus, followed by a bike ride along a rich route through history, art, mountains, and fantastic views, where we’ll end our day on Lake Orta. Overnight stay in Stresa.

April 30 by bike and on foot: In the morning, a short van ride to reach and cycle through part of the Verbano mountains. Beautiful panoramic and historical spots await. Return to Stresa for the night.

May 1, on foot: a tour of the Borromean Islands, exploring the surrounding area with van travel and walking to visit the surrounding attractions and tasting local products. (Today’s program may be canceled or changed.) We’ll continue to Lovere, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages on Lake Iseo, where we’ll arrive in the evening. Overnight stay.

May 2 on foot: A short van ride to the pier and, after a short sail, disembarkation on Montisola. From here, a walking tour will take us to explore this island, the largest inhabited lake island in Europe. This island is also famous for the “Floating Piers” event by artist Christo. We’ll travel to Franciacorta, a land famous for its wines, for a tasting and return to Lovere for the overnight stay.

May 3: Bike and walk: Depart Lovere by bike to the middle Valcamonica, Italy’s first UNESCO site. From here, we’ll follow a mixed dirt and asphalt route to several villages in this beautifully preserved valley. After returning to the van after lunch, we’ll make a short transfer and head for a short hike to an alpine lake beloved by the locals. Overnight stay in Lovere.

May 4th by bike and on foot: Departure in the morning by van. Today we’ll completely change valleys, heading to the upper Seriana Valley. The mountains here are like giant panettone covered in green. You’ll reach a refuge by bike and then, if you wish, we’ll quickly climb to the top of the mountain with a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Iseo. Overnight stay in Schilpario.

May 5 on foot: a splendid walk through this beautiful valley to a historical monument that bears witness to past events. A pleasant walk through the woods. Return to Schilpario for an overnight stay.

May 6 by bike: Depart from Schilpario on a route that begins in the pine forest and then continues to a refuge at an altitude of 1,950 meters. In these mountains, you’ll feel like you’re in the Dolomites, amidst green meadows and majestic peaks. From here, after lunch, you can cycle back to Valle Camonica on a steep but beautiful paved descent, where you’ll stop for the night.

May 7 by bike: Departing in the van for a short ride. Today, our route will offer us a completely different, high-mountain environment. We’ll pass some stables where you can stop and enjoy cheese or ricotta, then reach an alpine lake where they fish for trout. We can stop for lunch before returning to the starting point and traveling by van to Lake Garda. Overnight stay.

May 8 by bike: today, a decidedly less demanding but longer ride on Lake Garda will allow us to pedal past castles, vineyards, churches, and splendid views. We’ll reach a small island (if the lake water level is low) and reach the summit of a stunning rock. From here, we’ll return to the starting point for an overnight stay.

May 9, challenging hike: depart by van to Mount Pasubio and the start of the trail that will take us to the 52 tunnels, finally reaching a lovely refuge for a picnic lunch or their refreshment point. This historic route is suitable for those with a head for heights, but it’s not dangerous. Flashlights are recommended. At the end, we’ll return to the starting point of the first day.
